RepairTEK Returns

To return an item you will need to be issued with an RMA (return merchandise authorisation) number. To obtain an RMA number we encourage you to Contact Support to proceed. We will require your order number and the item(s) details you wish to return.

Please package the goods appropriately and ship them in a separate outer box with the RMA number clearly visible. Unless otherwise advised, please return all goods to:

14 DAYS / CANCELLATION PERIOD (UK)

If you wish to cancel any of the products on your order and return them for a refund, you have up to a total of 14 days to contact us after the final receipt of your order.

You must contact us if you wish to cancel your order. This can be done by emailing contact@repairtek.uk or by calling 01939550040.

You must return the goods within 14 days of notifying us of the cancellation. We will reimburse you within 14 days of receipt of the goods using the same means of payment as you used when placing the order.

Unfortunately we cannot cover all unforeseeable costs and you will have to pay for the return of any unwanted goods you are returning. Please package the goods properly and ship them in a separate outer box, including all packaging, cables, manuals, drivers and protective bags, however small.

You are liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods. For example, if it goes beyond the sort of handling that might reasonably be allowed in a shop. We will deduct this amount from the value of the refund.

We regret that we cannot accept cancellations of computer software, inks or toners if it is unsealed. Accessories and promotional items are part of the order and must be returned to ensure a full refund is given. Free games codes should be unused and still hidden.

30 DAYS / ACCEPTANCE PERIOD (UK)

You are entitled to reject goods if they are faulty (do not match the description, are not of satisfactory quality, or are not fit for purpose). Faulty goods can be returned up to 30 days after receipt. You can decide to claim a refund or request a repair/replacement of the faulty product.

If you are returning for a refund, please include all packaging, cables, manuals, drivers and protective bags. Accessories and promotional items are part of the order and must be returned to ensure the full price of the product is refunded. Free games codes should be unused and still hidden.

AFTER 30 DAYS / WARRANTY PERIOD

Sometimes goods may become faulty after the acceptance period has expired but within the warranty period. Depending on the product, you will receive either a replacement or your product will be repaired.

Goods that are returned for repair or replacement should be sent without accessories, cables or other included items.

Repair times will vary between manufacturer and product type.

If the manufacturer is unable to return the items within 28 days, we will give you the option of a refund. Depending on the age of the items, the refund may include a deduction for the length of time you have used them (known as rescission).

FAULTY GOODS TESTING

We test all faulty returns. Items found to be not faulty or damaged will be returned to you. There is no handling charge but you will be charged for the cost of return shipping. You will be notified by e-mail before any non-faulty goods are returned to you.

TV & MONITOR PIXEL POLICY

Please be aware that all of our Suppliers and thus repair:TEK conform to the ISO 13406-2 standard – the acceptable number of dead pixels based on screen size and resolution. Information on this can be found through any major search engine typing “ISO 13406-2” and the monitor brand name. Products with dead pixels of equal to or less than those defined within the ISO 13406-2 standard will not be accepted for return.
