Repair:TEK Website Orders – Terms  & Conditions

The Repair:TEK website (https://shop.activecomp.co.uk) allows users to order products online for collection or delivery.

Placing an order

You can begin an order by adding item/s to the Cart (https://shop.activecomp.co.uk/cart).

The Cart shows a total cost of all goods and services added, including applicable tax.

You can enter an address to calculate the shipping cost.

You can continue with the order by selecting ‘Proceed to Checkout’ from the Cart.

On the Checkout page (https://shop.activecomp.co.uk/checkout) you will enter a Billing Address, E-Mail and an optional Delivery Address. The Checkout page displays the total charges including shipping and tax.

You will then enter card details in to make payment for their order.

Once payment has been completed, You will receive an e-mail Order Notification. This confirms that payment has been received and that the order will soon be processed.

The order will be checked by a member of our staff and dispatched to You.

In the event of incorrect charges (Goods or Services priced too low or too high) we will contact the You by e-mail and may have to cancel the order.

We do not consider a sale to be fully completed until the order is approved by a member of staff and dispatched.

Once an order has been dispatched You will receive an Order Completion e-mail.

Cancelling an order

We may cancel an order if a pricing error is found by a member of staff during processing.

If we cancel an order the customer will receive a full refund to their payment method.

The Distance Selling Regulations state that customers have the right to cancel an order, starting from the moment you place your order, and ending 14 days after you receive your goods.

The customer will pay the cost of returning goods, unless those goods are faulty.

We will refund the customer the amount paid, excluding shipping, once items have been returned in an acceptable condition.
